Screenshots of the upcomming C25K update
Here are a couple of screenshots showing Facebook integration inside C25K iPhone app.
Right after you complete a workout you will see this popup asking you of you wish to publish your accomplishment to your Facebook news feed. If you tap yes, the story will immediately show up on your Facebook profile.
Of course, Facebook integration is optional. If you don’t use Facebook you can turn integration off in the app settings. Just tap the Settings app on your home screen, scroll down to C25K entry and tap it. You will see the following page where you can turn off Facebook integration:
Let me know how if you like this feature and are planning on using it.

I’d use it. I’m on Wk8, Run 1 but I’ve recommended the app to several friends.

Facebook integration sounds good, but twitter would be even better!

Anytime during your workout you can post to twitter/facebook by tapping on the “conversation bubble” in the lower left hand corner next to the musical note. Once you tap on the bubble you can post to twitter or facebook. You can go to the settings located within the app to enable facebook and twitter if you haven’t already done so.
Happy Running,

Hi, Michelle,
The app doesn’t post to Facebook and Twitter automatically. You need to tap on the Facebook and Twitter buttons in order toconfirm publishing. The buttons are revealed when you tap on the “comment bubble” on the bottom of the workout screen – right next to the note button. If you don’t see either facebook/twitter icon when you tap the “comment bubble” go to settings located in your app on the tab bar and slide to on to integrate the two social networks.
