The app requires iOS version 3.0 or greater. You can find the OS version by going to the Settings app then tapping on General > About and noting the Version number If you have version prior to 3.0, follow the link below for instructions on how to update your iPod touch: http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/software-update.html Once your iPod touch is updated, you'll be able to sync the app to it from your iTunes.
